Edit Reward Points

It is possible to edit customer reward points from within Manager Console. You can also see a history of all changes.

1. From Manager Console, click Customers.
2. Double-click Customers.
   
   
   
3. Search for the customer whose record you want to alter.
4. Open the Info tab.
   
   
   
5. Click Edit.
6. Click Modify next to Reward Points.
   
   
   
7. Enter a number in the Change To field.
   
   
   
8. Click Change.
9. Click Yes when prompted to verify your change.
   
   
   
10. To see the change, click Modify again.
