CenterEdge Network Port Setup Information
Overview
The CenterEdge Advantage software suite requires certain network ports to be opened for our product to function correctly. Different features require a specific outgoing port or ports to be opened, identified by URL rather than IP address. Any URL mentioned below must also be allowed through website filters.
Ports and URLs
- Both siteinfo.pfestore.com and siteinfo.centeredge.io are always necessary for CenterEdge Advantage to function across a network, and require Port 443 to be open.
- To use Advantage Web and cloud, you need to open port 50511 for relay.centeredgeonline.com and relay-us-east-1.centeredgeonline.com.
- Web services may also require you to allow http/https traffic to *.centeredgeonline.com AND *.amazontrust.com for certificate validation.
- If you are using Mercury as your credit card processing service, open port 9000 for x1.mercurypay.com and for b2.backuppay.com.
- If you are using Mercury/Vantiv for Gift card processing service, open port 9100 for g1.mercurypay.com and for gg2.backuppay.com.
- Other credit card processing services may require different ports to function properly. Please check with your provider to determine what URL/port needs to be opened.
- Starting with version 19.2, you'll need to open port 15057 for app.launchdarkly.com for feature management.
