Accessing and Using the Support Portal

Manage your tickets and browse self-service help resources

Our  new Support Portal gives you the power to manage support tickets and access the Knowledge Base when and how you want. From one convenient location, you can:

  • Submit new tickets directly to our support team

  • View the status and history of your existing tickets

  • Search or browse articles in the Knowledge Base

Register for the Support Portal

Although many of our resources are open to the public, if you open a Support ticket you will be invited to register to view your tickets and gain access to additional resources. When you are invited to the Support Portal, you’ll receive a registration email like the following:

Follow these steps to register:

  1. Open the registration email from our Support team.

  2. Click Register Now.

  3. On the password creation page, enter your email address and confirm a secure password.

  4. Click Save Password.

  5. After saving, you’ll get a confirmation email letting you know your account is ready.

Sign In

Once registered, you can sign in anytime.

  1. Navigate to https://info.centeredgesoftware.com/support.

  2. Click Sign in from the top menu.

  3. Enter your email address and the password you created.

  4. Click Sign In.

If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to reset it.

Navigate the Portal

From the main menu, you can access:

  • Support Portal Home – Returns you to the homepage.

  • My Tickets – View the status and history of your Support requests.

  • Submit New Ticket – Open a new ticket with our Support team.

Submit and Track Tickets

Submit a New Ticket

  1. From the menu, click Submit New Ticket or Open a Ticket.

  2. Fill out the form with details about your request.

  3. Click Submit to send your request to our team.

View Your Tickets

  1. After signing in to the portal, click My Tickets
  2. Review your open, closed, and pending requests.
  3. Click any ticket to see details or reply to our team.

Browse Help Documents

Our Knowledge Base gives you quick access to How-to documents, FAQs, videos, and more.

  1. From anywhere in the portal , click Support Portal Home.

  2. Search by keyword or browse through categories.

  3. Click an article to view the full document.
