Sherry Howell, Director of Client Success at CenterEdge Software, a leading provider of point-of-sale, online sales and reservations, and ticketing systems for entertainment and recreation facilities, will speak at the Bowling Proprietors’ Association of America’s (BPAA) Bowling University Military Training on Sunday, June 18 from 1-2:15 p.m. in Nashville, Tennessee.

Sherry’s presentation, “Parties: Not Just Child’s Play,” will discuss creating, marketing and selling compelling group event packages.

“Birthday parties and other group events are a vital part of every bowling and entertainment center, so much so that it can be challenging to differentiate your facility’s offerings from the competition’s.  said Sherry. “I believe that the magic is made when centers hone in on their unique, competitive advantage, which is found where understanding guest needs, what you offer, and how you deliver it better than anyone else, meet.”

Each year, the BPAA Bowling University hosts several installments of the School for Bowling Center Management. Each class has several components that make it unique from other classes including: new topics covered, different host locations, different materials available to the students, etc. Designed for everyone that is or aspires to be a Bowing Center Manager or proprietor, it is a first-class educational experience.
